Don't we all need a "Life Coach"?
At times we are all “life coaches” and at other times we need “life coaches”. Emotion is always at the center of activity and making a move is only second to the biggest stress producer which is the death of a loved one! A “life coach” helps you through stressful times!
When you are involved in buying a home or selling a home, internal stresses can affect your ability to make good decisions, and being overwhelmed can cause you to shut down rather than move forward.
At a time when you are dealing with most likely the priciest and most valuable asset, your home, you need to count on your ability to make good decisions. That is the part that I look forward to because with the tools I can share with you, I can assist you with staying on track and help you through the emotional process without making mistakes or overlooking vital pieces of information.
Now, as a buyer or seller, if you had the option of choosing an agent who would get your house purchased or sold and maintain a professional distance, or an agent who would provide that service, but would also help you cope emotionally with the change – who would you pick?
As a culture, we are cocooning. We are spending less time interacting in person with the people around us. This is causing people to feel isolated and disconnected from society. Where there is fear (as there is in almost every real estate transaction), there is an even greater need for that connection.
Please keep in mind when you chose to work with me, you will get not only my professional expertise, but a life coaching relationship that will benefit you all around and make your purchase or sale something you will remember with happiness and satisfaction
rather than feeling like you made a mistake.
