Wow, Labor Day Weekend is upon us and what a gorgeous weekend it is!  As a Realtor in sunny, warm Florida, seasons seem to come and go smoothly--most likely because we don't get the strong indicators of season changes like other parts of the country--north of us for example--leaves begin to change to dramatic color and flower die off--ours remain green and flowers lush in color, a slight chill in the air--we're in the high 80's to 90's, then the real cold along with snow and ice--we're outside in our shorts and maybe a sweater because to us it feels cooler, but we certainly do not deal with ice or snow, just slightly cooler temperatures, but not low enough to keep us indoors.

Soooooooooo, if you'd like easy-to-take temperatures that feel good on your bones and skin as well as your mind, why not think about a move to Florida--maybe even just for those bone-chilling months up north.  You can't beat our prices or interest rates--homes are selling for prices you may have found in the mid 1980's and believe me, if that isn't a deal, I don't know what is.

Take a look at my website and you will be amazed at what money buys you in the real estate market today.  Hope to hear from those of you in the "north country" looking to go easy on your body and soul.

Big Smile
