Second, we are in a deflation period economically and will, no doubt in not too distant a time, turn to inflation.  In a deflation we have the lowest interest rates ever.  When inflation begins, and we all know it will, interest rates will go up.

Third, right now we have low, low interest rates and prices in Florida reflecting the affordable days of home ownership--a home for under $100,000--unreal, but true.

So, come on down off that fence and make a move to Florida.  The lifestyle alone will be tremendously rewarding not to mention how much you can save on taxes for a lower priced home and a low-interest mortgage.
